- Q. When I put my hand on the sensor, the machine works but no foam comes out.
A. Since the detergent is made into foam and drawn up through the hose, the foam may remain inside the hose or nozzle and harden. Please clean the nozzle using the repair kit or cleaning mode.
- Q. The sensor response seems irregular or slow.
A. If you hold your hand too close to the nozzle when foam is generated, the foam may get on the sensor located right next to the nozzle and affect the sensor sensitivity. After turning off the power, gently wipe the sensor area with a dry cloth or tissue before using.
- Q. What detergent should I use?
A. The Catch Teenieping Heartsping Automatic Soap Dispenser is designed to use only foam-type detergent. If you add detergents such as shampoos or detergents with high viscosity other than foam-type detergent, it may directly cause the product to malfunction, so please use foam-type detergent.
